Last week was really really hot. Everynight it kept over 30 degree in my rooom. Then, I got dehydration and also got diarrhea through the week. That's awful... This week, almost I get better. I can enjoy my life. But, Toronto still have enough heat and I have to take care of myself. Also everybody take care of yourself!!

もうさ、あっつくてあつくて、ほぼ裸で寝てて朝になって体が少し冷えてお腹冷やしたのが悪かったのか、それとも夜中に汗を沢山かいたのが悪かったのか分からないけど、結局先週いっぱい、「脱水症状＋下痢＝水を飲みたくても飲めない」というあまりにつらい状態でした（笑）今はそこそこ快調。
